The Cambium ePMP 3000 FSR is a high-capacity 5GHz 802.11ac Wave 2 access point designed for point-to-multipoint (PtMP) wireless broadband deployments, offering exceptional performance, scalability, and interference resilience.
This model operates within the Focused Spectrum Range (FSR) of 5.1–5.98 GHz, providing flexibility across licensed and unlicensed bands depending on regulatory environments.
Featuring 4×4 MU-MIMO technology, the ePMP 3000 FSR can transmit to multiple subscriber modules simultaneously, effectively doubling sector throughput compared to traditional 2×2 systems.
The access point delivers up to ~1.2 Gbps sector capacity and supports 120+ concurrent subscriber modules, making it ideal for dense WISP deployments and enterprise wireless networks.
With advanced interference mitigation, intelligent filtering, and Cambium’s proprietary MAC protocol, the ePMP 3000 performs reliably even in congested RF environments. It also supports GPS synchronization, enabling frequency reuse across multiple sectors for improved spectrum efficiency.
The unit is designed for use with sector antennas and optional smart beamforming antennas, forming a complete high-performance wireless broadband solution. It integrates seamlessly with Cambium’s cnMaestro platform for centralized network management, monitoring, and provisioning.
