The Cambium ePMP Force 400C is a next-generation 5GHz 802.11ax (WiFi 6) connectorized subscriber module (SM) designed for high-capacity point-to-multipoint (PtMP) and point-to-point wireless deployments.
Built on the latest 802.11ax technology, the Force 400C delivers significantly improved spectral efficiency, higher throughput, and lower latency compared to previous-generation 802.11ac subscriber modules.
This is a connectorized model, featuring external RF interfaces that allow it to be paired with high-gain parabolic, sector, or horn antennas. This makes it highly flexible for long-range wireless links, custom antenna configurations, and high-capacity backhaul deployments.
The Force 400C supports up to 1 Gbps throughput (environment dependent) and is designed for ISP and WISP operators who require carrier-grade performance for demanding broadband applications such as enterprise connectivity, rural broadband expansion, and wireless backhaul.
It operates across the 5 GHz band (approx. 4.9–6.1 GHz depending on region), allowing flexible deployment in different regulatory environments with improved interference handling and spectrum utilization.
The device is engineered for outdoor deployment with rugged, weather-resistant construction, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environmental conditions such as rain, wind, and extreme temperatures.
It integrates seamlessly with Cambium ePMP access points including the ePMP 3000, 3000L, and 4500 series, enabling scalable network deployment for modern wireless broadband infrastructures.
